Centaflex is a one piece continuous hinge made from a rigid PVC material, combined with a high strength engineered flexible resin. This product is great as door hinge on trucks, caravans or canopies on vehicles. A key benefit of Centaflex is its weather proof continuous seal, making it water and corrosion resistant.
Centaflex is a durable (tested to over 50,000 operating cycles), secure and maintenance free. It is aesthetically pleasing with a low exterior profile. It has concealed fixings, is easy to fit and is UV stabilised.
This product has a safe working load (SWL) of 100 kilograms per metre. Therefore our two metre lengths have a SWL of 200 kilograms and our three metre have a SWL of 300 kilograms. Not only does it have a great safe working load it also has great working temperature range of -40 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius.
